Fourth page - January 11th

        I consider these my birthday pages, even though my bday is actually on the 12th!! (but I also consider the next ones my bday ones a bit because it's after my birthday and I can use some of the cute bday things I  got).

        There are a LOT of references to the song Conversations With Strangers by Caitlin Cook on the page with the heck ton of writing because I thought (and still think) that the beauty and comedy of that song is just so awesome. I've always wanted to write about the art of graffiti, and especially bathroom graffiti. It's just so cool and interesting to me.

        I really really love the amount of color I used on this page spread, it makes me very happy!!! I also had to color over a few names on these pages, so I hope everything still makes sense lol.

        The "I fund school activities!!!" little piggy bank cutout was from a raffle thing my school handed out this year that I never did lol :(. I still wish I could get driven to school in a firetruck... sigh...

        My birthday this year was very fun! I had a nice dinner with my parents and got lots of very cool presents! :)

P.S. I will be skipping the next page spread because it is very unfinished and I would just have to blur most of it anyways because of personal info :(. Just putting this out there so there is no confusion about the page numbers and all that :P

Third page - January 8th

 

        This page was created when I thought this sketchbook was pretty much only going to be used to log all of my different interests as they changed over time. And, well, I have used it to log things I've been into so far, but I  haven't just used it for that? Something like that.

        Anyways let's see...

- I haven't finished X-Files :(

- I haven't finished Mr. Robot (they had it on Prime Video, then they made you have to pay for  it, then they put it on Netflix, THEN THEY TOOK IT OFF...  sigh)

- I started Shameless (Not my fav, but it's good!)

- I  haven't watched Dr. Who (but ik I need to ...)

- I got 2/3 of the way through Hamilton, and then I fell asleep :(  (wasn't boring or anything, I was just really sleepy)

- I haven't watched Fleabag yet (is this the one with Andrew Scott in it? I LOVE him)

I also haven't  watched Fantastic Mr. Fox yet (even though I love Wes Anderson SO  MUCH and I need to watch it.)

- I did watch Zootopia 2! It was very good.

Second page - January 6th (and other dates)

 

        I really like this page!! :P. I actually wasn't having a huge obsession with Horrible Histories at the time, but hearing Divorced, Beheaded and Died in the wild was really funny and just generally cool. The main text "king Henry was a hot mess!" was a thing that my social studies teacher really wrote on one of our slides in class! I really enjoy the blue and red color theme for this page and the little drawings and cutouts I put there. And also me testing pens on the other page lol.

    I also just really love that I  added the little "nightly vegetable being misted in the produce section roleplay" thing in there because I love that. I FOUND THE PICTURE ITS THIS ONE:

First page - January 3rd 2026

    This page spread is funny for me to look back on because it feels like so long ago but really it wasn't. I also feel like it looks more blank compared to the pages I make now. Idk.

    At the time, I was super into Irish YouTubers like CallMeKevin, RTGame, and Jacksepticeye. I still watch and enjoy them now, but I'm not as obsessed as I was back in January. I was also super into Miis, because I was preparing for Tomodachi Life to come  out in April (Which it did and I love it :)) As you can see, I mentioned Erm Baller, who is a Mii I must've made a few years ago. He is absolutely HILARIOUS to me. I have no vivid memories of making him and he just looks so goofy. We love him. I have some other little things like the little poster and quote from X-Files, a picture of John Lennon, little stickers, and lots  of cats (because I love cats).

    I remember that I really wanted to start this sketchbook on January 1st so I could start it right when it was the new year, but I was unable to get a sketchbook then, so I was a few days late.

    Also, one of my teachers really did say that he didn't think Bob Ross would do cyber bullying. I remember, we were in school and we were going over cyber security rules and stuff like that (did/does anyone else have to do stuff like that?). Anyways, I assume in an effort to motivate us to follow these rules, he mentioned how he didn't think Bob Ross would do cyber bullying. There was probably more to it than just that, but I strangely think it's even funnier that I don't fully remember.

(P.S. Should I show off my pages in order, or just randomly? I'll have to decide at some point) :)

Art blog!!1!1!!!!1!!111!!11!!1!!! ⭐

 Howdy! I'm egg and this will hopefully be an art blog of sorts. I have always been afraid of sharing my more private art with people and this is (again, hopefully) going to be me trying exposure therapy. Some of the art will probably suck lol but I kind of think that's how it should be. YAY!!!!! Because I am posting my private sketchbook pages I will probably blur out more personal things. A lot of the pages have goofy references to things I have been into, so don't judge me (shy emoji).
